Basic setup is largely aimed at new or infrequently used instruments, to ensure your guitar plays and sounds exactly as it should. It incorporates the following checks and adjustments:
- Truss rod adjustment
- Bridge/Saddle/Tremolo height check and adjustment
- Intonation check and adjust
- Pickup height adjustment
- Electronics check and clean
If you require strings for your instrument, I stock D'Addario strings in all the common gauges, please add a set to your basket. Alternatively, you're welcome to provide strings of your choice.
